華興科技於 民國 95 年（2006）成立，以 OEM 硬體開發起家，並於 96 年底正式成立智慧型運輸系統部（ITS），由交通、資訊、通訊等領域 6 年以上專職人員組成。 Founded in 2006, Hua-Sing began in OEM hardware and in late 2007 established its Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) division, staffed by transport, IT and communications specialists with 6+ years of experience.
我們以交通專業運用為基礎，結合地理資訊系統（GIS）、全球衛星定位系統（GPS）、Zigbee 及行動通訊（GPRS／3G／WiMAX）等技術，針對各種運輸產業需求開發系統，協助客戶改善營運流程、降低成本、提升經營績效。 We combine GIS, GPS, Zigbee and mobile communications (GPRS/3G/WiMAX) with deep transport know-how to build systems tailored to the transport industry — improving operations, lowering costs and lifting performance.

2007民國 96 年
維運友好大車隊，跨足衛星車隊Operating UTaxi fleet
開發並維運友好大車隊，陸續承接台北衛星、志英衛星、祥發衛星等多家衛星車隊派遣維運。Built and operated the UTaxi fleet, later running Taipei, Zhiying and Xiangfa satellite fleets.
2008民國 97 年
M 台灣 WiMAX 計畫M-Taiwan WiMAX project
與關貿網路、工研院共同開發 M 台灣 WiMAX 計畫，推行通關貨櫃即時影像追蹤系統，隔年於上海、北京進行測試。With Trade-Van and ITRI, developed a real-time container image-tracking system, later tested in Shanghai and Beijing.
2009民國 98 年
路燈／橋梁監控管理系統Streetlight & bridge monitoring
與 Helicomm（Zigbee）共同開發路燈、橋梁監控管理系統專案，導入無線感測網路技術。With Helicomm (Zigbee), developed a streetlight and bridge monitoring system using wireless sensor networks.
2010民國 99 年
環保署車隊資料轉換系統EPA fleet data system
與友邁科技合作開發環保署車隊資料轉換專案系統，協助政府單位資料整合與管理。With UMET, built the EPA fleet data-conversion system for government data integration.
